Unable to run BOT from control room even after configuring it ..

I have created one dummy flow which I need to test but when I try to run bot from control room it is throwing network connection establishment error..
Error goes like: System allows only a single device to be registered. If you need to replace your existing device you should delete it first.

  Ved, please delete already registered device and try to register your device again.

  Before registering install bot agent, make sure bot agent service is running in your system.
